ATF is offering a $15,000 reward for information that leads to the arrest and conviction of those responsible for the Nov. 10 arson fire that destroyed five structures owned by Gascoigne Lumber Company and Northwest Millwork.

The Seattle Fire Department ruled the four-alarm fire as arson three days after 142 firefighters responded to the lumberyard in the 3500 block of Sixth Avenue West to tackle the blaze.

The arson fire caused an estimated $12 million in damage, and no one was injured.

Seattle Fire Chief Harold Scoggins said fire investigators used security footage in making their determination the fire was intentionally set.

The Arson Alarm Foundation is also offering a $10,000 reward, according to ATF, which would make the total possible reward around $25,000.

Anyone with information is asked to call the ATF’s hotline at 888-ATF-TIPs (283-8477) or the Arson Alarm Foundation at 1-800-552-7766. Emails can be sent to arsoninfo@arsonalarm.org.
