Jeffrey Pollock, eldest child of Thomas and DeLila Pollock, passed away Thursday, August 30, 2018 in Kirkland, WA after a short, fierce battle with lung cancer.  Jeff was a Veteran of the US Navy, and served overseas in the Vietnam War.  After attending the University of Washington, he worked at the VA Hospital, Seattle, and King County.  Jeff was well known for his level of perfection as the owner of Pollock Paint Services, a private paint contracting company.  Jeff dedicated his life to caring and providing for his family; his kind heart and willingness to help anyone in need made him someone to be counted on by all who knew him.  Jeff will be remembered for his generosity, guidance, well-placed humor, work ethic, and his ongoing love/hate relationship with the game of golf.  Jeff is survived by his wife of 36 years, Maxine Pollock, their six children and ten grandchildren; sister, Sharon and brother, Michael.  A service will be held at Magnolia Lutheran Church on Saturday, September 15, 2018 at 11:00 a.m.   In lieu of flowers, remembrances can be made to Magnolia Lutheran Church (2414 31st Ave W, Seattle), or Evergreen Health Hospice Care
